You will serve as a COMMAND PAY AND PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATOR in the SURFACE WARFARE ENGINEERING SCHOOL COMMAND of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will provide a full range of clerical, administrative and customer services including general administration, office automation and clerical support.
You will assist in development verification and coordination of student mustering, working with military to obtain needed input.
You will prepare and coordinate physical storage of necessary directives, (e.g. instructions, notices, letters, and messages).
You will maintain filing systems (e.g., telephone and circuit records, forms, databases) according to established procedures.
You will assist staff with questions and issues related to administrative functions.
You will prepare transfer packages, submit all documents in a timely manner and assure all required documents are included and completed.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Processes all student check-in procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures; 2) Using databases to input and retrieve information; 3) Drafts and prepares documents using automated systems; and 4) Performs training coordination and tracking.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of at least four full academic years of education above high school

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
