You will serve as a in the Command PASS Coordinator (CPC) Supervisor in the Training Support Center (TSC) Great Lakes of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will complete timekeeping records within required timeframes.
You will schedule required training to track requirements and maintain records for employees.
You will adjust short term priorities to ensure work is completed within established guidelines
You will answer and direct calls to appropriate personnel for customer assistance.
You will resolve administrative issues (e.g., procurement of supplies, schedule conflicts, leave requests, overtime or compensatory time requests, procurement, timekeeping) to avoid disruption to office operations.
You will procure supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with current regulations.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing effective, timely, and compliant processing of civilian manpower programs, requirements, and functions in accordance with established policies, procedures, directives, guidelines, and organizational initiatives and objectives; 2) Maintain data entry, submission, tracking, follow-up, and completion of personnel action requests and required documentation utilizing applicable systems, programs, applications and software; 3) Organize manpower and organizational analyses/studies on a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and work processes, and provides management consultation; 4) Perform training coordination, notification, tracking, maintenance, distribution, and submission of data and information
