You will serve as the CODE 107 Asset Management Branch Head (Code 1073) Organizational Property Administrators in the Property Management Division of Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).
Duties
You will serve as the Code 107 Asset Management Branch Head (Code 1073). Responsible for coordinating the Asset Management efforts of the Code 1073 Organizational Property Administrators for NUWC Division Keyport (NUWCDIV Keyport).
You will coordinate with 107 personnel and personnel from other supporting departments to develop appropriate training based upon improving weaknesses identified or process/guidance changes.
You will develop and analyze/evaluate metrics/trends for key processes, analyzing the effectiveness of processes and procedures and developing recommended solutions and/or process/policy improvements for implementation.
You will define, review, and revise policies, procedures, organizational design and objectives to eliminate barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, and to implement quality and efficiency improvements.
You will apply expert knowledge of Supply Chain and Navy ERP procurement, inventory management, warehouse and asset management processes, policies and business rules.
You will act in the absence of the Division Head and effectively communicate with a diverse group with all levels including Keyport senior leadership, NAVSEA, other Warfare Center's and others within the Chain of Command.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing leadership in the planning and management of operations for an organization or program.
Examples of qualifying experience may include: developing, analyzing, and evaluating metrics/trends for key processes involving assets and property; working within property management processes from procurement to final disposition within an organization; and leading/managing supply chain and Navy ERP procurement, inventory management, warehouse and asset management processes, and general business policies/rules for to meet mission and customer requirements.
