You will serve as a senior Logistics Management Specialist off the Undersea & Combat Systems Weapons Logistics Support Branch, Undersea Weapons Department at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).

Duties

You will function as an Integrated Logistics Support Lead in support of an assigned System in direct support of customer requirements. You will collaboratively be responsible for generating various Integrated Logistics Support planning documentation, support resourcing tasks, and provide inputs to budgeting processes. You will analyze various kinds of data for the purpose of determining support requirements to establish the relationship between the support system and the material system. You will develops technical data packages and recommendations of contractor capabilities and subsequent contract award are performed by incumbent. You will develop and execute all applicable Integrated Logistics Support elements, ensuring products and deliverables meet the needs of the Program. You will serve as technical point of contact for procurement and obsolescence issues.

• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing integrated logistics support of weapons systems to ensure all requirements are met for support of the departments mission.
