You will serve as a SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS PROGRAM MANAGER in theHEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will manage the entirety of C4 Operations Division programs and projects.
You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines governing C4 operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of C4 activities with organizational goals and objectives, fostering productive relationships and effective communication channels.
You will conduct periodic reviews and audits of C4 operations to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing correction actions as necessary.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 752,751, proficiency level III the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1) Working knowledge, supported by experience, of DoD command and control communications and cyber (C4) capabilities, technology, and organizations;
2) Managing a portfolio of programs and projects;
3) Supervising civilians formally;
4) Orienting and understanding technical C4 issues quickly, and communicating those issues effectively to senior leadership;
5) Acting independently and proactively in conduct of their duties, which includes building and leveraging a network of contacts across the staff, subordinate components, peer organizations, and higher headquarters.
