About the Position: This position is located in the US Army Sustainment Command 407th Army Field Support Brigade, LRC on Fort Cavazos, TX.
Duties
Performs quality assurance through random statistical sampling of contractor work.
Reviews accident and incident reports.
Serves as liaison between contractors and other post activities on matters concerning contract administration and customer satisfaction.
Manage contractor hand receipts for government property that has been issued.
Uses automated systems and utilization programs to input and extract data to analyze trends.
Serves as purchase card holder.
Requisitions supplies and equipment for the Branch, maintains suspense files of requisitions and due out, and prepares and maintains supply budget data.
Conducts periodic compliance inspections of the safety and economic aspects of the vehicles and services provided.
Reconciles vehicle fleet bill and dispute charges.
Requirements
- Incumbent must obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries
- Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license and any installation and/or DoD license required for the typeof vehicle being driven.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Coordinates with external customers on matters concerning contract administration; 2) Analyzes data to track trends using automated systems; 3) Performs compliance inspections for safety and/or economic aspects of vehicles; and 4) Maintains supply and equipment inventory. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
