You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVY ADVANCEMENT CENTER DEPARTMENT of NETPDC.

Duties

You will develop strategic plans based on information from performing quantitative or qualitative analyses. You will propose solution strategies to improve work force learning and growth. You will develop and maintain databases related to continuous process improvement activities, projects, and training. You will compile research and statistical findings for use in decision making.

  • This position has been designated as a Cyber Workforce position in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) primary role of (411 Technical Support Specialist) proficiency level (intermediate) and, as condition of employment,
  • the incumbent of the position is required to maintain qualifications in accordance with DoDM 8140.3 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Management Program, February 15, 2023 and supporting Department of Navy Policies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1 ) Assessing Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) programs in support of ongoing transformation initiatives for the alignment and capability of performance needed to produce enlisted advancement exams; 2) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; 3) Reviewing and submits functional requirements to Information Technology Division programming staff to accomplish software program changes; and 4) Developing new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes and/or program administration procedures.
