You will serve as a Division Supportability Integrator (SI) in the Product Support Division (E20) within the Sensors, Weapons & Launchers Department (E Department). You will be responsible for the technical advisement of multiple programs and support of one or more of the technical Branches within the E20 Division. You will serve as a Co-Command Competency Champion for the Supply Support/Wartime Readiness Competency.
Duties
You will oversee all Division Product Support activities and ensure the technical quality of the division's logistics products and processes used in development and delivery of current and future combat and weapon systems.
You will be responsible for technical rigor, capability, capacity, process and tools, and will develop strategies for competency growth, innovation and succession planning to support existing and emerging warfighter technologies.
You will co-manage and execute of Integrated Product Support (IPS) processes, policies, and procedures.
You will provide policy interpretation, technical guidance, and quality assessment for IPS products and services for department programs.
You will ensure health and sustainability of assigned weapon systems considering supportability in system designs and the elements necessary for suitable and cost effective operation.
You will provide insight into traditional and evolving Combat Systems Lifecycle Support Requirements necessary to provide guidance and quality assurance for all IPS processes in the department.
You will prepare technical papers and lead investigations to address deficiencies in supportability areas.
You will make decisions on behalf of the Division Manager as they pertain to the Supportability/IPS operations of the division/department.
You will arbitrate technical conflicts among product leads, process leads and project coordinators.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating logistical support requirements to develop or adjust plans in order to reduce life cycle cost and improve readiness for combat systems.
