You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the ???????FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will provide guidance on the application of collective bargaining agreements, grievance processing and resolution under negotiated procedures, consultations and negotiations.
You will research fact and legal precedents to define legal and factual parameters and issues of cases
You will apply information of labor relations concepts, principles, and practices, including non-traditional collaborative approaches to labor relations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience.
Assisting senior HR specialists in providing labor relations and employee relations consultative services.
Applying knowledge of human resource concepts, principles, and practices.
Ensuring documentation is properly maintained in accordance with all regulatory guidance.
Assist in providing advice and consultation in meeting technical compliance concerning employee relations to supervisors and servicing HR specialists.
