Duties
As a Management and Operations Specialist you will:
Serve as the Deputy Administrative Officer for a division assisting with the planning, coordinating, and directing all administrative activities - including human capital management, time and attendance and procurements.
Develop, initiate, and implement administrative policies and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.
Assist with distribution of workload, provide technical assistance, review work products and ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
Serve as primary liaison with the Office of Human Resources
Serve as backup HRSD coordinator, managing all aspects of position management.
Alternate Division CCPS Approving Official. Review all procurement requests for accuracy and compliance with procurement guidelines.
Identify inefficiencies and potential problems and develop recommendations for solutions.
Oversee property management activities.
Training coordinator and compliance assessor.
Develop, maintain and manage various staffing reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which must include the following experience: Experience in developing, initiating, and implementing administrative policies and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
