Duties
As a Fiscal Planning & Evaluation Officer you will:
Provide programmatic fiscal leadership and direction for agency-wide projects, programs, and activities.
Develop, implement, and monitor CDC programs and research through the development of maintenance of positive long-term partnerships.
Provide comprehensive technical advice and assistance in planning, developing, and evaluating GHC-funded programs.
Partner with intra-agency project/program experts that can assist with global implementation of priority activities.
Review and monitor agency-wide memorandums of agreement.
Develop systematic processes for providing program guidance through determining and disseminating promising program practices and providing opportunities to share information and tools for program improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which must include the following experience: planning, organizing, and overseeing funded agency programs ensuring activities related to national and international services comply with agreements and customer needs.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
