About the Position: Serving as a program analyst within the division, responsibilities include a wide range of programming and budgeting duties and project management support of actions in connection with the District's mission. Responsible for utilizing an extensive knowledge of the overall budgeting processes, policies, and guidelines.

Duties

Serves as a program analyst and responsibilities include a wide range of programming and budgeting duties regarding project management. Responsible for analyzing project activities and expenditures. Provides documentation to support officers testifying before Congressional committees on budget requests. Establishes cost and work breakdown structures within automated systems for accurate monitoring and coordinating of project scheduling. Develops, prepares and submits project budget requests on assigned projects. Advises project managers as to the requirement and status of local contributions. Manages project funds within an automated database to ensure timely project execution. Prepares correspondence and reports related to project planning and programming.

Requirements
