You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Materiel Readiness Department (N43) of NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND PAC.
Duties
You will direct facility planning, military construction (MILCON), and special projects programming, facilities repair, maintenance and execution of facility funding for NECCPAC Headquarters and subordinate commands.
You will analyze and evaluate both present and future facility requirements of all assigned NECCPAC units and manage the allocation of supporting facility resource funding.
You will provide technical direction in the development and execution of facility master planning, space requirements, real estate issues, engineering and constructability design reviews, and other issues required.
You will study proposed utilization of all existing and projected facilities as well as initiate and conduct other studies concerning those facilities.
You will perform monthly inspections of NECCPAC occupied facilities as the designated Facility Manager to record and report discrepancies to authority having jurisdiction and secure funding as necessary.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity in the management of facilities planning, programming and budgeting.
