Duties

Serves as Financial Management Specialist for the Installation, Morale and Recreation Fund (IMWRF). Assists in the development of financial policies, plans and fiscal operating procedures for Non- appropriated Fund (NAF) activities. Plans, formulates, and prepares operating budgets. Prepares IMWRF Strategic Plan, cash budgets and Capital Purchase/Minor Construction (CPMC) budgets. Researches, verifies, and revises program and budget data. Develops standard operating procedures for safeguarding cash and fixed assets. Prepares financial reports of NAF operations to include budget variance analysis, CPMC execution, and cash flow projections. Performs a wide range of review and analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives. Coordinates manpower and staffing issues with the NAF Personnel Office. Certifies the availability of funds. May assist with Baseline Mission Standards, CLS, ISR, SBC and the MWR Strategic Plan. May supervise subordinate staff performing a full range of supervisory responsibilities and supports the Equal Employment Opportunity Program.
