About the Position: Serve as the US Human Resources Command, Chief, Financial Integration Branch and Financial Resources Integrator/Manager. This position is located at the U.S. Army Human Resources Command DCS-G-8 Fort Knox, KY.
Duties
Supervise and assigns work to subordinate supervisors based on priorities, selective consideration of complexity of assignments and capabilities of subordinates.
Review work of subordinates and accepts, amends or rejects the product, as appropriate. Incumbent is responsible for ensuring quality of work and timeliness.
Advise the G-8 and Asst G8 on problems related to operations supervised and their potential impact on mission accomplishment.
Exercise sound position management responsibilities in determining staffing requirements and organizational structure.
Develop performance plans for subordinates and prepares performance appraisals and ratings.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station.
- Financial Management Level 3 certified position designated as such in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code 1599d.
- Position requires the employee meeting the requirements of DoDI 5000.66, Defense Acquisition Workforce Education. All Certification must be obtain within 24 months of appointment into the position.
- Must file a OGE-450 Financial Disclosure Statement.
- Supervisory Probationary period may be required.

Specialized Experience:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: must demonstrate the following: providing technical and administrative oversight of accounting personnel; demonstrated expertise with financial systems, joint reviews, unliquidated obligations and unmatched disbursements.
