You will serve as a RANGE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in the Marine Corps Installation Pacific of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BLAZ.

Duties
You will plan all Guam range operations and manages the execution.
You will use own initiative and judgement in the development and adaptation of local policies and procedures.
You will execute delegated responsibility and authority to perform a full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties
You will plan, schedule and carry out major projects concerned with analysis and evaluation of programs within the Range Management Division.
You will set overall goals and objectives of the Division staff planning efforts, and establish resource limitations for resulting projects, processes and policies.
You will set program goals and make decisions concerning program objectives and resources.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Driver's license.
- You may be required to perform temporary duty at locations other than my permanent duty station which may include travel by military or commercial aircraft/flights.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to submit an annual health assessment thereafter as part of the DoD Civilian Expeditionary Workforce.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, designing and setting goals concerning program objectives and resources AND developing time-phased and cost-effective programs to meet mission requirements by analyzing and evaluating current projects, budgets, resources and technology.
