You will serve as an Installations Plans Programs and Readiness Integrator in the Commander, Navy Installations Command of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BLAZ.
Duties
You will perform a wide variety of analytical, technical, and tactical advisory functions related to the field of Installation Base Operating Support (BOS) and Shore Installation Management (SIM).
You will perform analysis on the impacts of resource and manning changes to readiness and further develop risk assessments and courses of action integrating all program lines.
You will determine areas for review and information needed to provide management with evaluative data and material needed for effective and efficient program performance.
You will compile and analyze data to identify potential problems, trends, and benefits and make recommendations to improve program operations.
You will provide management oversight of day-to-day business operations for Installation and tenant activities.
You will represent the Installation at a wide range of meetings to include Region Program Directors meetings, cross functional teams, tiger teams and other short- and long-term teams.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.

- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Integrating and coordinating program centric data, plans, documentation, resourcing, analysis and strategic planning for installation consideration and execution; AND coordinating installation-wide business operations and support services to include providing input on program business plans.
