You will serve as a Range Management Director in the Operations and Training Department of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BLAZ.

Duties
You will plan all Guam range operations and manages the execution.
You will use own initiative and judgement in the development and adaptation of local policies and procedures.
You will execute delegated responsibility and authority to perform a full range of administrative and
technical supervisory duties
You will plan, schedule and carry out major projects concerned with analysis and evaluation of programs
within the Range Management Division.
You will set overall goals and objectives of the Division staff planning efforts, and establish resource
limitations for resulting projects, processes and policies.
You will set program goals and make decisions concerning program objectives and resources.
Requirements

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid state and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) driver's license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, designing and setting goals concerning program objectives and resources AND developing time-phased and cost-effective programs to meet mission requirements by analyzing and evaluating current projects, budgets, resources and technology.
