You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TOTAL FORCE STRUCTURE ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the Marine Corps Activity Guam S1 Division of Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz.

Duties

You will advise and assist the Commander in matters pertaining to Marine active duty and reserve manpower, manpower policies and procedures, personnel strengths, replacements and augmentation, and civilian personnel management. -You will provide executive level expertise for the research, planning, and analysis of manpower structure requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating and directing work assignments and projects of the Total Force Manpower and Personnel Branch, Manpower Section, and Military and Civilian Personnel. You will coordinate and oversee total force program support and services to ensure a full range of support requirements are identified, resourced, and executed.

• This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• If eligible for permanent change of station, the appointee will be required to sign a transportation agreement to establish a Government time in service requirement of 12 months.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience in Total Force Structure and Total Force Manpower processes, manpower policies and procedures, personnel strength and civilian personnel management; and providing planning, research and analysis for organization manpower structure requirements.
