You will serve as a LEAD IDENTITY AND SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OPERATIONS AND PLANS DEPARTMENT of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.
Duties
You will serve as principal advisor to the N33 Identity Signature Management Director for all signature management requirements.
You will serve as a signature management and reduction program and policy subject matter expert (SME).
You will lead a team of identity and Signature Management Specialist in the development of OPSEC and signature analysis products to meet command mission requirements.
You will contribute to the development of commander's guidance, signature management doctrine, and OPSEC awareness campaigns.
You will ensure command OPSEC Program Coordinators are trained and certified for their assigned collateral duties.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Incumbent is subject to periodic counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraphs.
- May be exposed to hazardous or hostile environments and may be authorized special/danger pay as provided by the Department of State, the Office of Personnel Mai1agement, or other agency regulations.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Comprehensive knowledge of Operations Security (OPSEC), Identity and Signature Management activities involving extensive planning, proposal writing, interagency coordination, personal information management, administrative services, and project management.
