You will serve as a Deputy Commander for Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) in the Training and Education Command (TRNGCMD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will guide and develop polices and processes to effectively and efficiently train the necessary number of Marines annually.
You will direct the personnel management activities of the organization.
You will exercise technical and operational supervision / direction of the MCIS command group.
You will plan organizational structure and staffing needs.
You will exercise the full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities and responsibilities in directing work of subordinate staff.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1.) Guiding the development of policies and processes to train Marines; 2.) Leading and motivating a diverse team in a dynamic environment; 3.) Demonstrating exceptional strategic planning and team management skills in a military training environment 4.) Demonstrating organizational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks performing the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties; and 5.) Finding ways to improve the quality of work produced.
