You will serve as a SQUADRON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR in the TACTICAL DEV & EVAL SQUADRON ONE (NN20) of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.
Duties
You will serve as a subject matter expert for assigned special programs and assistant to the Squadron Commanding Officer on all matters relating to long-range planning, project prioritization, coordination, staffing, problem resolution, and functions
You will act as the Squadron's senior civilian, responsible for compliance with the unique requirements of multiple civilian systems.
You will formulate Squadron policy to support operational concepts, training programs, and unit readiness.
You will coordinate and implement all matters of Squadron plans, policy, exercises, and strategy as they relate to NSDWG while working with interagency working groups, national agencies, DoN agencies, U.S. intelligence agencies and other command.
You will perform multi-year resource planning and analysis of programs, interpreting widely varying requirements contained in planning and programming guidance and conducts long and short range resources requirements forecasts.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is subject to random counterintelligence scope polygraph examinations.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. You will be required to sign a DD-Form-2760, Qualification to possess firearms or ammunition.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, coordinating and implementing all Squadron projects, operations and exercises, and ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with the Command's policies, plans and orders.
