This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations - Region VIII in Sioux Falls, SD. The Deputy District Director serves as the full assistant to the District Director and shares in and assists the District Director in all phases of the district's operating programs.
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen
- You must successfully complete a background investigation.
- You may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
- You may be required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period.
Qualifications
GS-14: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector:
Developing and communicating the strategy and direction of a team; AND
Leading or supervising the day-to-day operations of a team, which must include business development, marketing and outreach; AND
Experience in one or more of the following: financial management, lending, procurement, economic development or human resource matters; AND
Your experience must demonstrate that you have led individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
