You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TOTAL FORCE STRUCTURE DIVISION of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.
Duties
You will analyze force structure issues and initiatives that involve the Marine Corps supporting establishment. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of Marine Corps Supporting Establishment force structure requirements.
You will represent the interests of the Supporting Establishment throughout the force structure development process.
You will analyze and evaluate proposed reorganizations of Marine Corps activities.
You will provide branch head with recommendations for approval, disapproval, or modification of the proposed changes; provide recommendations for compensatory offsets where required.
You will initiate and maintain liaison with functional experts and technical specialists throughout Headquarters Marine Corps and MCCDC to assist in validating and prioritizing supporting establishment force structure requirements.
You will ensure that the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) is accurate and up-to-date for assigned supporting establishment and joint and external activities.
You will develop and evaluate alternative plans and concepts for the allocation of force structure within the supporting establishment.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Incumbent must be able to travel overnight when visiting Navy and Marine Corps installations for presenting information and conducting research.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assessing the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization supporting establishment force structure and advising on changes to organizational structures, and mission and function statements in order to implement reorganizations to supporting establishment activities.
