You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND. Duties

You will maintain action and suspense files for vacancy announcements, certifications, and correspondence pertaining to personnel actions. You will serve as the point of contact for all timekeepers. You will maintain oversight of all civilian competency-based training, awards, and diversity employment programs administration. Requirements

• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on manpower matters and program operations. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Maintaining and reviewing manpower files and preparing performance and program documentation. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

GS-09:

master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related

GS-07:

1 full year of graduate level education

or

superior academic achievement
