About the Position: At the direction of the supervisor and assistance from senior specialists the incumbent develops and coordinates a variety of basic/routine reports, staff actions, correspondence, program briefings and other related actions.

Duties

Identify potential problem areas in programs managed and to propose/recommend corrective actions. Analyze automated reporting systems and develops a variety of reports. Provide guidance to management and administrative support personnel on directorate administrative procedures/policies and internal administrative programs.
