Duties
You will advise and assist in the processing of Recruitment Personnel Actions for Assistant Chief of Staff, Facilities.
You will maintain and track all status of position descriptions and crediting plans forwarded to the Human Resources Office for review.
You will maintain and update the Personnel Database to include position, line number, organization code, vice and status.
You will be responsible for maintaining other automated reports, including vacancy listing, temporary hires, over T/O billets and personnel information files.
You will plan, coordinate and administer for the Assistant Chief of Staff, Facilities civilian employee training program/budget.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing a wide variety of administrative, clerical, and managerial assistance that includes advising and assisting in the processing of Recruitment Personnel Actions, including separations, promotions, transfers and miscellaneous changes.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on education OR equivalent combination of experience and education as follows:
Successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR

Applicant can also qualify through a combination of education and experience which when combined equal 1 year specialized experience.
