Duties
You will interact with senior level management, functional experts, and staff within the organization.
You will investigate and analyze emerging information technologies and recommend those appearing to have good potential for successful application to current and projected operational requirements.
You will manage command and civilian and military workforce data using MS Access and SharePoint Online.
You will manage database operation and maintenance, including, but not limited to: creating and managing user accounts, roles and profiles; monitoring the database to ensure optimal performance, backup and recovery; and monitoring database security.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 431 level Basic within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning OR Coordinating all phases of application development, including requirements analysis, coding, testing and maintenance. You'll also administer databases, enhance systems, and collaborate with users to improve data-driven processes.
