About the Position: Serves as key advisor, personal executive assistant and Staff Action Control Officer to the Office of the Command Sergeant Major (CSM), to the Executive Sergeant Major, and to Senior Enlisted Staff of the Headquarters, U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM).
Duties
Provides advice and recommendations to the Executive Sergeant Major on all matters relative to the coordination, integration and synchronization of staff actions, daily calendar, and protocol events.
Monitors the office budget execution and accountability.
Tracks and reports on availability of funds and maintains control of and purchases office supplies.
Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
- Up to 10% TDY may be required

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
Education
Education Substitution:
master's or equivalent graduate degree (Transcripts are required)
or
2 full years of progressively higher- level graduate education leading to such a degree (Transcripts are required)
