About the Position: This position is located in the U.S. Army Material Command, Logistics Data Analysis Center, Mission Support Division.
Duties
Assesses, integrates and prioritizes all appropriated funds programs to compete for funds and manpower in various Planning, Programming,
Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) events and activities and to influence outcomes favorable to executing LDAC program requirements.
Briefs top management on the organization’s methods, procedures and efforts applied in managing its programs.
Responsible for complete analyses of program funding and preparation of briefing material in required formats.
Conducts extensive and continuous personal contact with representatives at AMC/DA staff levels to acquire or disseminate information, makes recommendations and/or defends previous recommendations.
Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- This position may require up to 15% temporary duty travel.
- Achieve Level II Financial Management Certificate within 24 months of the effective date.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service which includes: expertise in the development, submission, and defense of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with regulatory guidelines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
