About the Position: This position is with the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Private Public Partnership Office located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Duties
Serve as the Director, Private Public Partnership Office (P3O) for the United States Army Reserves.
Advise Army Reserve leadership on the impact of current and future environmental changes, such as national security trends that influence organizational core competencies, and legislative changes impacting the operating environment.
Identify current and long range military and civilian employer partnership programs requirements.
Develop practical and innovative solutions based on knowledge of the long and short-term goals of the organization and appropriate law and policy.
Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational policies, programs, operations, missions and functions, staffing and workload for directorate area of responsibility.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:
Developing policy and procedures to support an enterprise-wide program engaged at the strategic and organizational level.
Coordinating with internal and external agencies to develop short and long-term program requirements.
Developing professional subordinates and their training in technical and administrative processes.
Providing data and program objectives to higher HQ on program goals and objectives for long range strategic resource planning.
Advising senior leadership on program effectiveness through analysis and evaluations.
Analyzing military programs to identify problem areas and developing practical and innovative solutions based on knowledge of the long and short-term goals of the organization and appropriate law and policy.
Conducting program reviews and directing program revisions based upon observed results and revised goals.
