About the Position: Serves as a manpower analyst with the Manpower Activity Support Group (ASG) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
Duties
Engages with mangers, project sponsors and teams, process owners, subject matter authorities/experts to maximize use of manpower assets.

Interprets and applies guidance received from the CHRA HQ's Resource Management Division, Manpower Branch and from the Activity Support Group Chief with the intent to meet CHRA mission objectives.
Reviews all pertinent Army manpower regulations and makes recommendations for change or determines impact of changes.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Financial Management Certification Level 2 in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management within 2 years of employment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Responsible for managing Common Levels of Support for: Inter-Service Support Agreements (ISAs), General Terms & Conditions (GT&C) FS 7600 G-Invoice program, Memorandum of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs)and all funding annexes; (2) Manage day-to-day operations of the travel card program for an organization; and (3) Account for all civilian and military spaces and all Equipment allocations assigned organizations per TDA documentation. Document, oversight of the 4610-R submission process and equipment procurement. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
