Duties

Engages with mangers, project sponsors and teams, process owners, subject matter authorities/experts to maximize use of manpower assets. Interprets and applies guidance received from the CHRA HQ's Resource Management Division, Manpower Branch and from the Activity Support Group Chief with the intent to meet CHRA mission objectives. Reviews all pertinent Army manpower regulations and makes recommendations for change or determines impact of changes.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Financial Management Certification Level 2 in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management within 2 years of employment.

Document, oversight of the 4610-R submission process and equipment procurement. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
