About the Position: Serve as a Management Analyst with the responsibility for providing analytical guidance for matters relating to operational readiness and management issues. Work under the general direction of the Real Property Asset Management Division Chief.
Relocation incentive MAY be authorized by IAW agency policy.
Duties
Analyze statistical data on facilities and services to support Installation readiness and implementation of Builder/enterprise Sustainment Management System.
Consolidate multi-million dollar requirements for development of the Division spend plan.
Perform as the contracting officer representative for the Installation Status Report, Headquarters Installation Information System, Real Property Planning and Army Stationing and Installation Plan, and Installation Decision Support.
Monitor the Army's business practices initiatives and long range installation management needs and develop policies and programs to improve installation facility planning and management.
Provide management analysis expertise and skill in evaluating readiness and support systems.
Serve as the principal advisor to the Branch and Division Chiefs for all facets of the Division budget.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes advising management on matters pertaining to contracting policies and procedures; utilizing a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment of management processes and/or information technology systems and data management; conducting surveys and/or inspections in order to determine compliance with policies and procedures; preparing /presenting, verbally or in writing, information and decision briefings; and demonstrating experience in performing contract officer representative duties. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
