About the Position: Serves as Program Manager at the Guam Forward Element, Installation Management Command - Pacific (IMCOM-Pacific) Garrison.

Duties

Serves as principal manager for functions and services, and the mission, internal management, and administration. Establishes long and short-range plans, programs and objectives; translates objectives into specific projects, determines program emphasis, and decides on the full range of personnel actions affecting the garrison/ASA staff. Maintains managerial surveillance over all garrison/ASA operations and activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, staff coordination and mission accomplishment. Directs the development and review of plans, programs, policies and procedures required to execute garrison/ASA-wide activities.

Requirements

• This is a centrally managed position. Incumbent may be subject to rotational assignments based on needs of the command.
