About the Position: This position serves as a Management Analyst in the Directorate of Human Resources, Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Duties
Serve as the Human Resources Military’s (HRM) senior analyst reviewing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring plans, policies, procedures, and guidance to assist management.
Conduct detailed management surveys/studies consisting of comprehensive examination of organization plans, policies, objectives, structures, systems, procedures, use of resources, and physical facilities.
Manage programs and projects pertaining to HRM’s common levels of support to include Memorandums of Understanding/Agreements and Interservice Support Agreements.
Serve as an action officer to support quality and continuous improvement projects and programs to improve the overall performance within the office such as Installation Status Reports.
Manage HRM’s internal and external customer feedback initiatives and systems to document and evaluate results of productivity and quality management programs and installation improvement activities.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) establishing criteria to measure an organization's processes and objectives; 2) assessing an organization's program effectiveness and/or productivity; 3) recommending solutions to problems identified with productivity, management processes, and/or work methods; 4) managing support agreement processes and requirements; and 5) analyzing customer feedback to recommend corrective course of actions for identified problem areas. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
