Duties
As a Business Services Support Specialist you will:
Provide administrative and procedural support to the VISA Purchase Program and serve as a VISA Purchase Program Cardholder and/or Approver for management and accountability of procurement actions.
Provide administrative guidance to managers on personnel matters related to staffing, classification, leave administration, employee relations and training.
Contribute to the development, enhancement, and improvement of administration and operations of the organizations internal/external systems, operating policies, planning, internal controls, assessments, and reporting requirements.
Manage, operate, and maintain automated data and information systems.
Manage administrative requirements for supplies, property and office moves.
Monitor individualized learning accounts to track utilization and budget implications.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-11 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level, which must include the following experience: providing administrative and support services to an organization with administrative and programmatic support needs.
OR Have completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, from an accredited college or university.
OR Have a combination of graduate level education and specialized experience that together meets 100% of the qualification requirement for this position.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Promotion potential: Promotion to the next grade level is at management's discretion and is based on your meeting qualifications and time-in-grade requirements, demonstrated ability to perform the higher-level duties, the continuing need for the higher-level duties, and administrative approval. Promotion to the next grade level is not guaranteed and no promise of promotion is implied.
