You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TRAINING COMMAND (TRNGGCMD) of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will submit manpower TOECRs in support of changes to civilian personnel requirements and/or authorizations and recommends approval or disapproval of requested actions.
You will provide advice and assistance to management officials and subordinate command points of contact on such matters as organizational structure and alignment, and/or the process for requesting/modifying civilian manpower.
You will utilize analytical tools such as work distribution, process and procedure charts, etc., in the development and evaluation of data.
You will collect a variety of personnel/manpower data.
You will utilize historical manpower data from databases and files, and provides senior analysts/managers with data and statistics necessary for reporting to higher headquarters.
You will administer the performance management program.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating position management and manpower data, along with planning, organizing and coordinating overall administrative operations to ensure effectiveness and productivity meets organizational goals and is in compliance with manpower requirements and policy.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assessing position management and manpower data, and assisting in administrative operations to ensure effectiveness and productivity meets organizational goals and is in compliance with manpower requirements and policy.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
GS-09:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
