You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will provide overall core business, functional, and innovation services for NAVSUP WSS, including NAVSUP-wide analysis, performance management, and administration across various core functional initiatives.
You will oversee and manage contractor support personnel in the development and sustainment of all standardized core functional materials.
You will review policies developed at NAVSUP WSS or by higher echelons to determine effect on command core functions.
You will develop measures of effectiveness for use across teams and develop such measures for use within specific teams.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing management principles and processes and applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess program development or execution and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Planning, budgeting, and coordinating efforts to meet program objectives and achieve program cost, schedule, and performance goals; 2) Providing expert guidance and making recommendations to higher level management, team leads, and team members concerning the identification and resolution of a wide variety of critical or difficult work issues within the Command's functional areas; 3) Applying knowledge of contract clauses based on laws, policies, and procedures while providing technical direction and clarification to contract specifications included in the statement of work; and 4) Developing, recommending, and directing the preparation of policies, milestones, and operating procedures and methods for use across teams within Command core functional areas.
