About the Position: This position is a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst position for US ARMY SPACE & MSL DEF CMD (USASMDC), DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF, G-3, MISSION SUPPORT DIVISION, REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL.
Duties
Provides guidance and renders decisions on complex determinations unresolved by subordinates on a continuous basis through review of completed work and production goals achieved.
Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinates.
Leverages diverse skill sets across various disciplines while serving as the central figure responsible for maintaining organization and guiding the project's direction.
Oversees a team of management analysts and functions as the foremost technical and operational authority for the SMDC Tasker Tracker System.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- TDY travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
- This position requires a supervisory probationary period, unless otherwise completed.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- This position requires the submitting of a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 upon entering this position and annually.
- This position requires Testing Designated Position (TDP)/Drug Testing.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes strategic planning/ developing policies, procedures, and guidance for the command to manage productivity, quality management, and organization improvements; analyzing and developing new work methods, program operation, and automating work processes for administrative support functions of the organization; applying process improvement principles, category management principles, data analytics, all to provide maximum process efficiencies.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent NH-03 (GS-13).
