About the Position: This position is located at the USAJFK SPECIAL WARFARE CENTER & SCHOOL in Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Duties

Serves as point of contact and is delegated total responsibility of all matters pertaining to Task Management Tracker for DOTD-P. Serves as the Purchase Management Control Officer and Government Purchase Card (GPC) administrator for DOTD-P. Serves as Record Coordinator in compliance with policies established in AR 25-400 and the record keeping implementation procedures and documentation as specified in The Army Guide to Recordkeeping, DA PAM 25-403 throughout the DOTD-P Directorate. Serves as the DOTD-P personnel accountability Duty Status administrator responsible to ensure the daily attendance reporting is accurate and current. Receives, reviews, and makes distribution of incoming and outgoing mail correspondence and message traffic.

  • This position requires a Secret Clearance.
  • This position may require up to 10 % TDY.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing daily operations for a Military organization including administrative tasks such as processing and routing correspondence, digital management, and information sharing. Experience managing assignments, tasking and product submission from multiple tasking agencies related to the appropriate DOTMLPF domains and managing TDA and developing change documents. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-06. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Oral CommunicationPlanning and EvaluatingTechnical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
