You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Fuel Department, Control Division of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.
Duties
You will routinely collect and maintain a wide variety of data to conduct analyses and/or respond to data calls or higher echelons.
You will Input time and leave data into the current data system in use.
You will track and account for all overtime labor expenditures for monthly reporting to the Director.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Management Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a wide range of organization and management theories, principles, and procedures sufficient to identify problems, draw conclusions, and formulate alternative courses of action. You also have experience in fuel accounting and inventory management, and knowledge of budget formulation and DoD financial management to track and verify funds expended, establish financial controls to monitor expenses, and to gather data for submission of budget requests. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Utilizing automated systems (Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)) to prepare requisitions, input data, update records, and compile reports for material and services required; 2)Submitting Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) to include recruitments/Recruit Verification Forms, Recruit Fill Checklists, reassignments, transfers, resignations, establishment of new positions, promotions; 3) Providing operational audits, work samplings, time studies and proof of concepts sufficient to establish baseline standards, monitor progress, and recommend improvements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
