You will serve as a Program Control Specialist/Program Integrator in the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) of SIOP PMO PUGET SOUND PSNSY.

Duties

You will integrate products and services related to SIOP with all major stakeholders such as the Shipyard Commander, the Fleets, NAVSEA, PEOII, NAVFAC and CNIC. You will collaborate with shipyard operations, facilities department, business office, and others to integrate and align schedules and SIOP initiatives. You will integrate SIOP initiatives and industrial requirements and priorities into shipyard equipment lists, schedules and budgets. You will facilitate and support Modeling and Simulation (Mod/Sim) efforts, including Area Development Plans and other industrial facility projects and studies. You will develop and track risk and change mitigation plans and lessons learned. You will prepare and analyze industrial data to support high-level briefings and presentations.

  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
  • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations; 2) Facilitating development of planning products by coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex projects or programs (such as facilities, construction, infrastructure, acquisition, or capital equipment projects); 3) Providing project planning expertise and guidance to stakeholders; and 4) Integrating and maintaining sequencing and scheduling plans to track events and milestones.
