You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION QUALITY MANAGER in the Production Process Division, Production Resources Department of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

You will report directly to the Production Support Manager. You will prepare written materials and oral presentations and translate and publicize the department's objectives on a wide variety of subjects. You will manage the effective use of resources to perform program assessment and analysis functions, environmental and safety program functions, and material handling equipment monitoring. You will represent the Production Support Manager at various meetings pertaining to program assessments and analysis functions, environmental and safety program, material handling equipment, and monitoring other department matters as assigned.

• Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing program resources by assessing and analyzing data or determining compliance trends in order to facilitate changes that increase production program efficiencies and functions (e.g., program assessment and analysis, Subsafe coordinator program, environmental and safety program, and material handling equipment monitoring function).
