You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS in the SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (54000) of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.

Duties

You will apply knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and how to operate projects/programs within the IC constraints. You will be skilled in various system development methodologies and frameworks including but not limited to: Waterfall, Kanban, Agile/Scrum. You will assess the feasibility of adopting new software design technologies within a secured environment. You will be skilled in cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing Space or Satellite and Satellite-borne technologies; Leading software development teams for Intelligence Community Programs; AND coordinate with customers in requirements elicitation and development of software solutions. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. 1.
