Duties
You will will be responsible for the Smart Grid software tools and their use to identify efficiencies for utility and energy systems operation and recommend service requests to the Facility Energy Operations Center (FEOC) Operators.
You will responsible for the energy profile modeling of the various monitored utility systems and using output to maximize system performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
You will conduct trend and comparative analysis of actual versus past performance and discerns causality and impacts of change.
You will analyze the sequence of operations and detects inefficiencies relating to energy consumption
You will serve as primary point of contact for analysis of incoming work from supported command representatives.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Smart Grid software tools and the use to identify efficiencies for utility and energy systems operations and recommend service requires to the Facility Energy Operations Centers (FEOC). Analyzing Building Operations Systems of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and the Utility Operations of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems through the Enterprise Industrial Control Systems (EICS). This EICS system consists of building HVAC Building Controls Systems (BCS) and the UCS SCADA systems.
