Duties
Serves as the Branch Chief over daily operations such as functional systems analysis and design, policy analysis and procedures development, development of system process improvements, and functional analysis of business operations.
Provides end user support to the Customer Account Specialists, Tailored Vendor Logistics Specialists, Resolution Specialists, and associated support organizations.
Regularly addresses supply chain issues and strategic decisions support tools to ensure that the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) is operating properly in support of procurement and supply management functions.
Supports all Order Fulfillment functional areas as well as those not directly incorporated in EBS, but which provide necessary indirect support to the Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) mission and provide EBS support to ancillary system users.
Maintains oversight over several Sub-Process Owners who provide system and procedural guidance to the enterprise.
Plans and directs the work of the Business Process Analysts (BPAs) as it relates to local and enterprise system and functional support for the Order Fulfillment functions.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Evaluating complex data regarding Order Fulfillment (both Inventory Management and Order Management) process activity.
Participating in detailed program reviews that involve evaluating, advising on, and improving the effectiveness of a broad range of major subordinate command (MSC) programs.
Developing new or revised business processes, procedures, or policy requirements in Order Fulfillment (both Inventory Management and Order Management).
Recommending Order Fulfillment (both Inventory Management and Order Management) process improvements.

Education
