Duties
Identify, define, and conduct functional training requirements for EBS (Enterprise Business System) end-user or comparable logistics systems.
Monitor and review the Planning process performance.
Recommend Planning process specific improvements.
Conduct Planning policy and systems analysis.
Provide Planning process support and advisory services.
Work independently and/or collaboratively within a team.
Identify required data and determine appropriate method for collecting the data.
Analyze data using Software such as Microsoft Access or Excel.
Analyze and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPls}, metrics, and other process performance critical data to ensure the process area is meeting its performance targets.
Generate written reports with process improvement recommendations for top-level management briefings.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Work with EBS (Enterprise Business System) or comparable logistics system applications.
Apply knowledge of inventory and supply management regulations, processes, policies, and practices related to Planning including system functionality and business capabilities.
Apply and adapt analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to logistical data.
Provide instructional training for EBS users.
Work with cross process relationships, key performance indicators and performance data related to Planning.
