You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business/Financial Management Division of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Duties
You will provide guidance on new or proposed directives, in accordance with the Naval correspondence manual to ensure application of DOD and Navy guidance.
You will develop and compile management reports from Information Technology (IT) systems supporting Records Management.
You will consult with NAVSUP on directives and forms on policy, standards, and procedures for the proper administration of a directives control office and on technical issues regarding directives preparation procedures and formats.
You will maintain metrics to insure all NAVSUP BSC directives are current and accurate, and ensures the directives owner takes action to cancel or update the directive as required.

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Providing administrative support for the NAVSUP BSC (Business Systems Center) directives and the NAVSUP sponsored forms programs; 2) Managing databases for an organization to ensure accuracy in reporting of goals and deficiency remediation plans; 3) Assisting with records management trainings and ensuring documents are stored correctly to comply with Navy Records Management policy and guidelines; and 4) Interpreting policies from higher authorities and providing guidance for the efficient and effective management and control of forms, through the development, drafting, and publication of implementing NAVSUP BSC directives, publications, and Instructions.
