This position is part of the Bonneville Power Administration, Department of Energy. As a Public Utilities Specialist (Administration) (Recent Graduate), you will be perform as a developmental Systems Support Administrator, responsible for managing the Customer Contract Management (CCM) System, Customer Data Management (CDM) System, and Customer Portal (CP).
Duties
As a Public Utilities Specialist (Administration), you will:
Receive intensive formal and on-the-job instruction and training.
Assist higher-level specialists, or work as a team member and participate in various types of work.
Assist in filing documents in accordance with our records management procedures and filing structure.
Maintain security and confidentiality of information.
Present, explain, and defend controversial issues.
Assist with authentication by scanning files, uploading files/data, and entering the correct contract data into the system.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
GS-07: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) in the Federal service.
Specialized Experience for this position is defined as: Experience in assisting with analyzing process requirements to resolve customer issues and implementing findings and recommendations.

One year of graduate-level education, or superior academic achievement (S.A.A.) gained in a bachelor's degree curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled (based on class standing, grade-point average, or honor society membership). Combination of education and experience as described above. Less than one year of specialized experience may be combined with completed graduate education.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
