The position is located in Market Policy and Pricing (PTMP) within the Market Analysis, Pricing and Policy (PTM) organization of Bulk Marketing (PT), Power Services (PS), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
The purpose of this position is to serve as the Supervisor of PTMP and as a member of the PT management team with responsibility for planning, managing, and leading programs, systems, and work processes that are necessary to perform the critical mission and support activities.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience in leading a project or team or serving as a technical expert in 1) planning, managing, and leading programs, systems, and work processes necessary to perform the critical mission and support activities required of the organization, 2) managing necessary resources including but not limited to staff in support of the organization's strategic business objectives, and 3) developing and executing critical market analyses and utility settlement initiatives, including supporting large initiatives involving people, processes, and technology to ensure the organization meets its programs and projects objectives.
